The City of Cincinnati is striving to make government more effective and accessible to all citizens. Therefore, we are very interested in receiving any citizen and employee concerns regarding fraud, waste inefficiencies, or abuses within city government operations.

You do not need to provide your name to submit your concerns.  The Internal Audit Division will strive to maintain confidentiality but you should be aware that any information provided to us is subject to Ohio Public Records law and probably will become a public record.  Be advised that your internet address will be submitted to us if you use e-mail.  If you are submitting your concerns in writing or by email, please:

  • Describe your concern.
  • Provide the names of all individuals involved, including other witnesses.
  • Give the dates and times the incident(s) occurred and where it happened.
  • State whether there is any supporting documentation such as birth dates, license plate numbers, social security numbers, addresses, invoice numbers check numbers or other document numbers.
