The Department of Community Development assists projects through a direct subsidy for infrastructure, per unit construction or rehabilitation costs, and/or tax abatement.  Please refer to the Department's programs to receive information on how to apply for development subsidy.  The following are examples of completed projects that have received a direct City subsidy.
