The Department of Community Development contracts with Invest In Neighborhoods, Inc. to implement the Neighborhood Support Program (NSP). The purpose of NSP is to fund resident-controlled neighborhood projects, to improve the leadership capacity of Community Councils, and to enhance the quality of life in each Cincinnati community.  Up to $10,000 in NSP funds is available annually for each Cincinnati neighborhood for projects that are planned, implemented, and evaluated by eligible Community Councils.
