The City of Cincinnati enacted a "Parental Responsibility Ordinance" that requires parents to properly supervise their children.  The ordinance applies to children under 18 who commit criminal acts other than status offenses that bring them under the jurisdiction of the Juvenile Court.  The ordinance has several provisions, one of which requires a referral to parenting classes.
