The Cincinnati Human Relations Commission (CHRC) studies and investigates problems of the relationships between the various racial, religious, and ethnic groups in order to foster mutual respect and understanding; works to alleviate prejudice and discrimination in the city; and encourages equality and fairness in the treatment of all citizens to enhance the quality of life in the Cincinnati area. CHRC is located in Room 158 of City Hall at 801 Plum Street.
