Gateway III is a $30 million project in historic Over-the-Rhine that will produce 105 new and rehabilitated for-sale housing units and 15,000 square feet of commercial space in the neighborhood on Vine, Main, Pleasant and Republic Streets. The project, which broke ground in February 2008, is managed by the Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation (3CDC).  The developments that comprise Gateway III are: Trideca Lofts, Mottainai Lofts, Trinity Flats, City Home, Goodfellows Hall, Falling Wall and Belmain.  More project information can be found on 3CDC's site.
