Schoolhouse Lofts is an adaptive reuse project of the former Walnut Hills High School (1893-1930) and Burdett Elementary School (1930-1981). The project contains 31 two-bedroom units that range in size from 1,218 to 1,850 square feet. The loft units on floors 2, 3, and 4 feature 13' high ceilings and 8'+ tall windows.

The project leveraged over $5 million in private financing and developer equity.
