When built out, the Cottage Hill development will consist of 34 market-rate, single-family units on Strafer Street in Columbia Tusculum.  Each unit is a minimum of 2,000 square feet and includes three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and rear-entry, oversized two-car garages.  

Gary Osterfeld is the developer of this $10 million project.  City funding of $370,000 was used to fund public infrastructure improvements including, but not limited to building a cul-de-sac on Strafer Street, sanitary and storm water improvements and utility connections.
