CALL TO ORDER
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Submission of the minutes from the November 16, 2007 and February 15, 2008 Planning Commission meetings for approval.
CONSENT ITEMS
ITEM #1 A report and recommendation on the sale of Broughton Street and a portion of Butterfield Alley in Columbia Tusculum to Neyer/Columbia Square LLC.
ITEM #2 A report and recommendation on a Plat of Subdivision, Record Plat, for the Bluffs at Woodcrest Subdivision, Phase Two and Phase Three located north of Queen City Avenue, west of Sunset Avenue in the Westwood neighborhood.

ITEM #3 Emergency Ordinance authorizing the sale of surplus City-owned property located at 1000 Evans Street and 1028-1030 Summer Street, which real property is no longer needed for any municipal purpose to the Hamilton County Board of County Commissioners in exchange for certain real property located at 800 Evans Street and 1611 W. 8 Street from the Board of Commissioners, for inclusion in the MetroWest Project Site and authorizing the acceptance and confirmation of the deed for the County-owned property.
ITEM #4 A report and recommendation on an Emergency Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Lease Agreement and Sublease Agreement with the Board of County Commissioners of Hamilton County, Ohio for property on Woodrow Street, which property is not needed for any municipal purpose during the term of the sublease.
ITEM #5 A report and recommendation on a proposed zone change from CC-A Commercial Community - Auto District to PR Park and Recreation District at 2103 Dana Avenue in Evanston and from PR Park and Recreation District to CC-A Commercial Community - Auto District on a parcel adjacent to 2117 Dana Avenue in Evanston.
