The City of Cincinnati will be accepting applications for residential projects on Wednesday, November 10th for the Fall 2010 Residential Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA).
The NOFA provides gap financing to projects that have significant impact on Cincinnati communities. Priority is given to projects located in Neighborhood Enhancement Program areas. Eligible projects consist of four or more clustered units and include home-ownership projects, transitional/permanent supportive housing, market rate rental and affordable rental projects that are not eligible for the Rental Rehabilitation Program.
Applications must be submitted to the Department of Community Development located at 805 Central Avenue, Suite 700 (7th floor, Centennial II). The applications are due on November 10th at 4pm. This deadline is firm. The Department will not accept any applications after 4pm.
Funds allocated for this NOFA are as follows:
-Community Development Block Grant- $1,200,000
-HOME Investment Partnership Program- $4,000,000
-City Capital- $2,000,000
