IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT THE FILLABLE PDF FORM

-Saving Your Responses.  Due to the limitations of Adobe Acrobat Reader, you cannot save the fillable pdf form as you fill it out. We suggest that you write and save responses to the narrative questions using word processing software and then cut and paste the responses into the appropriate sections of the fillable pdf form. Print the completed form or completed pages before closing Adobe Acrobat Reader.

-Automatic Formatting of Responses.  The form will automatically format your responses in the appropriate typeface and point size.

-Automatic Formatting of Numeric Responses.  The form will automatically add commas (,) to numeric responses of four digits or more in the budget section and the section on the target audience. Do not  type in commas or decimal points in these sections. Doing so may change the figure to one that is different than the figure you are attempting to enter. Check your math, and proofread the hard copy of the completed application form. Revise your responses if necessary.

-Automatic Formatting of Excess Characters in Narrative and Fill-in-the-Blank Sections.  If you enter more characters into a space than the space was designed to hold, the additional characters will be cut off and will not appear on the fillable application form. Proofread the hard copy of the completed application form, and edit your responses if necessary.
