APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Submission of the minutes from the November 2, 2007 Planning Commission meetings for approval.

CONSENT ITEMS

ITEM #1        A report and recommendation on authorizing the sale of Russ Alley between Vine and Republic Streets to 1629 Vine LLC, in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood.

ITEM #2        A report and recommendation on authorizing the sale of Burke Avenue south of Fairfax Avenue to Ray Courtney, Katherine B. Allen, J. Franklin Hall and Suzanne M. Hall, in the neighborhood of Evanston.

DISCUSSION ITEMS

(Each speaker will have a 5-minute time limit)

ITEM #3        A report and recommendation on a motion from City Council proposing changes to the Zoning Hearing Examiner procedures.

ITEM #4        A report and recommendation on a proposed zone change at 350 Erkenbrecher Avenue from RM 1.2, RMX to PD in the neighborhood of Avondale.

OTHER BUSINESS

ITEM #5        A discussion on canceling the January 4, 2008 Planning Commission meeting.
