APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Submission of the minutes from the   October 25, 2007 Planning Commission meetings for approval.

CONSENT ITEMS

ITEM #1        A report and recommendation on authorizing the sale of 3926-28 Spring Grove Avenue to Northside Business Association, in the community of Northside

ITEM #2        A report and recommendation to accept and confirm the dedication of permanent easements to public use for construction, maintenance, repair and replacement of water mains and water main appurtenances in accordance with plats designated “WSL #3538, E #846, Whispering Pines Subdivision, Blue Rock Road, located in Colerain Township, Hamilton County ”, “CIN 197, E #845, Honeysuckle Drive, Honeysuckle Lane located in the Mt. Washington neighborhood of Cincinnati ” and “CIN 199, E #834, 3148 Columbia Parkway located in the Columbia Tusculum neighborhood of Cincinnati .”

ITEM #3        A report and recommendation on a proposed change of zoning from RM 2.0 Multi-family to PD Planned Development District at 4721 Reading Road (St. Aloysius Orphanage) in Bond Hill.

ITEM #4        A report and recommendation on extending the Planned Development #41 (PD-41) located in the Central Business District, for a period of twelve months.

ITEM #5        A report and recommendation on extending the Planned Development #16 (PD-16) located in the East End neighborhood, for a period of twelve months.

ITEM #6        A presentation on the OKI Regional Council of Governments updates to the 2030 Regional Transportation Plan.

ITEM #7        A discussion on amending the height limitation in PD #43 (The Banks).

OTHER BUSINESS

ITEM #8        Legal opinion on Appeals of Planning Commission actions under Section 1429.
