October 19, 2007 Planning Commission meetings for approval.
CONSENT ITEMS
ITEM #1 A report and recommendation on authorizing the City Manager to enter into the Lease Agreement with Ashland Drydocking Company for City-owned property on River Road known as the Muddy Creek Treatment Plant in the community of Riverside.
ITEM #2 A report and recommendation on authorizing the City Manager to execute a plat to quit-claim and release part of a City of Cincinnati owned water main easement on property located adjacent to I-75 in the Village of Arlington Heights, as shown on a plat entitled “Elliott Avenue, Misc 50”.

ITEM #5 An informational report and presentation on a proposed new office building for the Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) on the north side of Gest Street between Summer and Woodrow Streets in Lower Price Hill.
ITEM #6 A report and recommendation on a request for the subdivision of land at 4670 Paddock Road in the Bond Hill neighborhood that requires a variance to the Design Standards of the “Rules and Regulations of the Cincinnati City Planning Commission for the Subdivision of Land”. The applicant is requesting a reduction in the width of a panhandle for non-residential lots.
