APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Submission of the minutes from the October 19, 2007 Planning Commission meeting for approval.
CONSENT ITEMS
ITEM #1 A report and recommendation on the granting of a permanent easement for ingress and parking over City-owned property at 3983 Erie Avenue in Oakley to Episcopal Retirement Homes, Inc.
ITEM #2 A report and recommendation on authorizing the sale of two parcels of surplus City-owned real property, one on Carrel Street, the other to the rear of 234 Carrel Street to John Oscar Rogers, Jr., in a contested area of the East End and Columbia Tusculum neighborhoods.
ITEM #3 A report and recommendation to vacate the west 67.97 feet of Whittaker Alley east of Martin Street in the Mt. Adams neighborhood.
ITEM #4 A report and recommendation concerning an agreement of lease with Santa Maria Community Services, Inc. for City-owned property located at 715 State Avenue in the Lower Price Hill neighborhood.
DISCUSSION ITEMS

ITEM #5 A report and recommendation on a Revised Subdivision Improvement Plan for the Villages of Daybreak Subdivision - Phase Three in the Bond Hill neighborhood.
ITEM #6 A report and recommendation on a zone change request for property located at 941-951 Monastery Street the Mt. Adams neighborhood from Single Family (SF-2) to Residential Multi-Family (RM-0.7).
