As part of the City’s investment in the neighborhood of Over the Rhine (OTR), the City of Cincinnati has contracted with Nemann Construction Company to provide a reconfiguration/renovation of the Spring Street Recreation area located at the corners of Spring Street, Shultz Alley and 12th Street in Pendleton.

Today, Mayor John Cranley and Interim City Manager Scott Stiles stood with community leaders from East Price Hill and Walnut Hills to announce that the 2014 Neighborhood Enhancement Program (NEP) is coming to those neighborhoods.
