Printing Instructions: Each permit application can be printed and faxed or hand-delivered to 3300 Central Parkway, Cincinnati, Ohio, 45225. After inserting your specific information on the application and printing it, fax or hand-deliver the application to the appropriate location. If you need assistance completing the applications, contact 513-352-4306.
Permit Processing Fee: All permit applications will be assessed. A one-time, non-refundable fee is due at the time of application. Not applicable to all plumbing and HVAC Repair/Replace Application not requiring plans.
- $27: One-, two- and three-family dwelling
- $79: Multi-family & commercial
