Neighborhood Plans

Staff of the City Planning Department collaborates with neighborhood stakeholders to create neighborhood plans that reflect the vision of the community. Plans are added to the archive as they are adopted.

Cincinnati Counts

To ensure a complete and accurate count in the 2010 Census, the Mayor has established a Complete Count Committee. This group works to raise awareness of the Census and to provide information of its importance to Cincinnati residents.

Plan Cincinnati 

City of Cincinnati Department of City Planning and Buildings is working on Plan Cincinnati, the City of Cincinnati’s first Comprehensive Plan in nearly 30 years. A Comprehensive Plan is a vision for the City’s future physical development. It will enable the City to better understand current development and plan for future improvements. Additionally, an up-to-date Comprehensive Plan will allow the City to better manage and strategically apply its resources.

Cincinnati Neighborhood Focus Area Revive I-75

The Cincinnati I-75 Corridor is a dynamic area with key transportation routes and infrastructure, major industry and established neighborhoods. Currently, the corridor is the focus of Ohio Department of Transportation projects, the Metropolitan Sewer District Consent Decree, GO Cincinnati, Agenda 360 and multiple community renewal efforts. The City of Cincinnati is capitalizing on this investment as a catalyst to Revive I-75 neighborhoods in four focus areas.
