PROVIDE SAME DAY SERVICE FOR CERTAIN PROJECTS:

A “special Walk Through” service for review of applications for building permits for small to medium sized tenant improvements, including signs, awnings, tents, fences and roofing work, and residential alterations and additions including decks, retaining walls, fences and roofing work. Projects are reviewed on a first come, first serve basis. The cost for this service is additional to the regular permit fees and is $ 400. For additional information see Policy Directive Number 47.
