Same-Day Service For Certain Projects

A special Walk-Through service is available for review of applications for building permits related to small- and medium-sized tenant improvements, including signs, awnings, tents, fences and roofing work, and residential alterations and additions including decks, retaining walls, fences and roofing work.

Projects are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.

The cost for this service is $400 and is additional to the regular permit fees. For additional information, see Policy Directive Number 47.
